I’m banned from buying Grand Theft Auto IV, so I hope the rest of you are enjoying lush scenes of Liberty City/New York that are detailed on the following Flickr page. Hard to tell which is real. Damn, this game sounds good.

Liberty City Vs. New York CIty

  1. Banned, huh? Harsh! What about it being given to you? 🙂 Let me give you something else that’s sad. May get stoned for this. I’ve had the game since it came out, only played it once. Game I am playing the hell out of, Hot Shots Golf for the PS3. It’s not as big a time suck as GTA. I’m gonna have to get at it before Soul Calibur IV comes out though.

  3. @Roddy I smite thee. You had it for how long now. LOL Dude you killing me.

@Brit I’m going to cop it soon though. Probably with my stimulus check. I hope it comes down to around $50 soon, then I’ll sneak it in the back door of the house.

  4. Lol. The reason I bought it is even funnier. I twittered about it back then, so I won’t bring it up now. It’s pretty sad. I’m probably gonna hit it up tonight. Quick funny story, I bought it while at work the day it came out. Wife was sleep when I came home. She heard that it was out and asked me not to get it(jokingly, I think). It was two feet away from here when she said it. 🙂

  5. The amount of money this game has made so far is simply insane!

I just read this report that claimed that while the sale of violent video games has skyrocketed over the past decade, the reported cases of violent crime involving kids has actually decreased.

Could violent video games actually be making kids less violent? I’m not sure if I buy it, but it is an interesting debate.
